Hospitality

Chloe's Hospitality Blog.
Task 3

In this photo below I am showing that there are no open cuts that we should be worried about but if there were to be any cuts we would cover then with a glove or plaster to make sure no blood gets into the food or drips over the food placement area that we are working in. And we are also showing that we have no nail polish or jewellery on while we are in the area we are doing our practical.























Here is some photos of Mackayla  making sure she is washing her hands with warm soapy water to ensure the bacteria or dirt does not get in contact with the area of our work space like the food She is around, Because our hands can easily spread bacteria around the kitchen and food before we know it.




























Here I am showing my hair is up and away making sure it doesn't get in the food or in my way while cooking and getting stuff done because our hair can contaminate our food. Thats why you tie your hair up in a high bun or have a hair net over your tied up hair as-well to make sure nothing falls out.















Reason we wear covered shoes is making sure we keep ourselves safe because if we spill something hot we are covered and also there may be bacteria on the floor so wearing shoes just protects us from the bacteria and spillage.
